WotLK Cant rez after dying in instance and dcing

I was in a deadmines run earlier. We wiped and I d/c'd and now I can neither go back into the instance or find the spirit healer at Sentinel Hill. Unstuck tool doesnt do anything. Any help would be appreciated.

From the website go into My Account>Services>Select Realm>Select Character>Set Currency:Free>Character Unstuck
