WotLK Acc Ban

Hello. Military take our country and cut off mobile internet and website(Facebook, Twitter and Blizzard, etc...). I'm using WIFI and VPN for playing WOW. And, I don't do nothing and it show me Advertising and Ip ban. My country can't play wow without VPN. I use VPN only and don't know how to advertise in WOW.
Please, help me and save my country.
