I´ve been trying to contact support for two days now so I dont realy know if this will reach them but I have to try.
You see I have a problem, my ping (only with this game) is going crazy from time to time. I can peacefully play my game and then BANG !
I go from nice 35ms to like a 30000. I dont know what´s the problem. I even asked other people in game and the only responses that I got were. "Ebay intenet" and "Contact support." Wich I can not do becouse its broken or something there are some tickets and the only one I have is something with "ban"
So yeah thats useless. Also my account is broken or whole warmane is broken becouse I cant see my character lvl 17 in the barracks. It can only show the Icecrown realm like c´mon guys.
So...
I realy want to give this game a go. So support. If you read this could you please look into my problem and tell me how can this be fixed ?
And since this place is for players to help players. If anyone could get this to support I´ll be very greatful.
what do you mean for:

Have you got a lvl 17 character on Frostmourne realm during "Season-1" ?
In that case, you first need to transfer him to Icecrown: https://www.warmane.com/account > service
Select "Frostmorune - S1" as realm
(and there will be no need to use "barracks" if there are free slots on Icecrown)
That is not my biggest problem. But thanks for the anwer anyway. You see Im new here and once I launched the game I saw four realms. One of them was labeld "New players" (I dont remember the names of the realms)
So I naturaly went there.

Barracks service was used to transfer characters from Frostmourne's Season 1 to Icecrown realm. As you could've and should've read so far, Frostmourne progresses through patches of WotLK gradually and then resets every year, with characters that remain on it being deleted and with the option of moving them to Icecrown before that happens. As for your ping issue, it's clearly not an issue with Warmane since everyone else would have the same problem as you and it's obvious they don't. It's probably a problem with your ISP or routing to Warmane servers (they're in France I think).
If you can't create a ticket, you'd usually send an e-mail to [email protected] for support since tickets are a feature for premium members. They'll tell you the same thing I just did above so idk what use would mailing them do.
Inquire with your ISP or try a paid VPN (free VPNs are usually instantly banned because IPs given by them were used to break the server rules). You could also try playing in a different time of day and narrow down when the lag spikes happen.
