    Dear Sir/Madam,

    I bought an item with points on a different character and now I can't transfer to my other character. Is it possible to transfer my item from Dmghell to Onetapmaster ? The item is in my bag and its soulbound (Drape of the Sullen Goddess).

    Since it was bought with points and not coins there's no support for cases such as yours.
