Technical Getting back into game after a while and can't log in.

Hello, So... I returned to the game after a while and my characters have no names and can't log in!
It tells me that there's a error.
How do I get them back?

delete "cache" folder
Btw when selecting a new name for your charatcers try to use their old name (maybe they are still free)
