Site Authentication code...

So, I'm back after a year and a half and I happen to have 2 accounts. I've forgotten both user's name and passwords. Somehow, I managed to recover both and I am able to play with them as I used to. Now, in my main account, when I try to log in on this site, it says I need the code from the mobile authenticator. How do I get it, or how do I fix it to regulary log in without this to keep going on? I want to log in the site for daily votes and report a ninja.


"We have noticed an unusual log in attempt and your account has been locked to prevent unauthorized access.
In order to unlock your account, please enter the authentication code shown on your mobile authenticator app."

How do I fix this?

I have the exact same issue for my 2nd account. I just want to unstuck my character really..
I've had years of hiatuses and played on/off..

I moved countries and use a VPN regularly cause the internet ain't so free here. Additionally, I was able to login recently and deactivated 2-auth because it was too much of a pain in my ***, and instead I generated a long random password which should suffice. Perhaps these things triggered the account lock.

Mind that I can still log in and play on my 2nd account, I just can't login on the website. Just like Eskorbutin90, I'd like to know what I can do to unlock my website account.

This does not work for me and it probably won't work for Eskorbutin90, because when I get the email with the link to remove 2-auth and generate a new password, the link just sends me back to the same page where it says:

"We have noticed an unusual log in attempt and your account has been locked to prevent unauthorized access.
In order to unlock your account, please enter the authentication code shown on your mobile authenticator app."

It's a loop that currently seems to completely lock me (us) out of our forum accounts.
