WotLK Used Free VPN, Now IP Suspended but can still access character

Hello,

I play on the Frostmourne server and I accidentally logged in using my VPN (free.) Now it says I am IP banned but I can still log in and use my character in game. I just can't use anything on the warmane site? This really sucks as I want to continue playing but I cannot access much of the warmane site.
