I had a bunch of characters on Frostmourne, but took a break a few months back. I logged in today, and all of my characters were deleted, except for the ones on Blackrock. I know they were supposed to migrate to Icecrown, so what happened??

you need to "manually" move them to Icecrown realm:
https://www.warmane.com/account > SERVICE
Select "Frostmorune - S1" as realm

It says that my account needs to be offline in order to make the transfer. How do I do that?

it means log out from the Game (not log out from website)
