I just downloaded the game yesterday and ever since then it kept saying connecting and then a message keeps popping up. " unable to connect please try again later if the problem persists please contact support "and gives me some blizzard link. tried restarting my pc closing the game and restarting it. nothing changes.
Did you check if your realmlist is correct?
Did you uncheck the "read-only" on WoW folder and all items in it?
Did you make sure you made an exception in firewall for WoW?
Did you open ports?
I received the same message when trying to connect with a banned IP address. Have a look at your account page maybe there is a message helping you understand the reason of the error.

and when i uncheck read-only and check to see if it wokred it checks back i click apply then ok and the same thing happpens

If it checks itself back automatically do the following:
Follow these steps:
1) Restart your PC
2) close your Torrent client and move your WoW folder away from your Torrent's download destination
3) now right click on WoW folder> Properties> remove "read-only".
Then try logging in using your account name and not e-mail address.
