Technical Molten WoW Donated account and coins ect

Hi, I played molten wow cataclysm, I donated money to make my account perinate as well as purchased coins I was saving for gear. My account name was Resinous as I see from my old emails, and the coins I had saved for the epic bow I needed for my Dranae Hunter Penetrated were atleast like 50 or so of them. I read after the staff related molten wow crash some account information and characters may could be restored from backup?
