WotLK Coin Refund inquiry

Hello,
I just donated and bought both legendary Wargleives main hand and off hand weapons and 2 legendary essences, for total of 124 coins. Turned both essences into main wargleive and off wargleive essence but I can't transmog any of my bis daggers. I can send prof pictures I have right now 2 essences : Essence of Warglaive of Azzinoth one for main hand, second for off hand. Pleae help me, it costed me over 100 EURO and I can't do anything with these essences now. My characer in game is Lingusterqqx on which I have those 2 essences and both Wargleives

You need to be able to equip the item, otherwise you won't be able to transmogrify it.
