Technical can you still recover accounts from molten wow?

i have a friend who has not logged in in a long time and his account had a loot of coins and charcacters. i was wondering if is possible to recover accounts from molten anymore.

I don't think it's possible. If I remember correctly, we had 1 year after Moltdown to get a refund on our coins/points/characters. He can try sending an e-mail to [email protected] but at best he'll keep his donor status for skipping queue. He won't get characters or coins back.
