Hi dear GM

I just forget my password I try to send it to the email which is banding with my account.but I didn’t received anything . My account name is. What information I can provide to get my password back pls help me

You realize this is a public forum, why would you expose your account name and email here, for everyone to see?

What you do now:
1. Edit your post, remove your account name and email.
2. Make sure mails from Warmane are not sent into some weird category in your email(like Spam, Subscribed, Promotions or whatever).
3. Open a "General Inquiry" ticket here on site, explain your situation
4. If you can't do step 3., write an email to [email protected] ,explain your situation.
5. Wait for a reply patiently.

Since you are so liberal with your information, check for filters in your email lmao.

Edit:
if your account is not really old, you probably were not able to register with email other than @gmail.com, so it's possible that you are looking into the wrong email for your password reset.

I have check all the record of the information I can find. The email it is correct , I don’t know why can’t receive that email.I remember in2015 hack attack molten . This is same situation at that time I written a ticket and give u guys the donation information I guys sent the password to my donation email, could u guys pls do it again?

Dude, stop writing in this topic it wont get you anywhere. Open a ticket or write and email, do it properly, so they can help you.
