"Refusing to play" - alt+f4 fits that perfectly, so don't make surprised face when you get banned. If you want to alt+f4, leave the dungeon group first.
not wasting 5hrs every week, but you are making other people effectively sit in que twice. don't give us that "uu its 3mins to replace me", its 10mins at least if you are tank or healer. so 4 other people waste 5hrs, for you to save 5. Gotta give you credit for having huge balls to even try to justify yourself here, or maybe you are just not capable to see the scope of the situation. Or maybe you are something else.
Usually I don't care much, but I'd report you, just because you are so entitled.

For 3 dungeons(even with deserter) is too much. You must be bad at keeping people alive and you wipe a lot or something. Still, it doesn't give you any right to inconvenience other players and demand a kick, so you get away with no consequences. Maybe your parents let you slide with murder, idk, that's on them. Out in the community you follow rules. Simple as.5+ hours

It's also completely possible to roll Need on tank items as a dps(if plater) and spellpower leather items as a rogue, right? The option is there, right?option is there to be used

What about when you going on fos hc when all party have low gear, dps is low , healing is low and your group is not able to kill boss, and after you see this you wanna be kicked because its wasting time for everyone. its shouldnt be bannable
