WotLK Items disappeared - Server side

Playing here since years, being premium I have heard lots of stories that people items tends to disappear - I've never trusted that until it have happened to me. All of my core PvP gear (5 items - main set have disappeared after a log out - 4 Wrath and 1 Rele). Can I get help on that case?
