The professor putricide doors are still locked. We already killed the 2 bosses but the doors still won't open. We are on a 10/12 run and we need to continue

You need to open the valves on each boss.

It is not the first time we got here. We try to use the valves but they don't work, we tried putting it in HC and it didn't work either and We tried to attract the boss with pets and it didn't work either. We try everything and nothing works

Since I don't see anyone else mentioning this, nor on global nor on forum and there's no reports of it on bugtracker it was probably some sort of bug that happened to your group only. Was this the first time that bug occured? If yes, as i said, it's mostly a random bug that happened to you.

Yes, as I said, we have already passed this part many times but this time the doors remained locked :(

So most likely just a random bug. Probably won't be there on the next lockout. If it reappears, then write a bugtracker report.
