Going to raid without a guild

Hi, so i was wondering if there is a way to get into a full icc run without a guild? because i have a 5.5 mage in horde and i never went into any icc full run.there are full runs ofc but they want achiv which i don't have on my mage but have it on a druid in ally cause i went into guild runs.so any ways of going to a icc full run without going into a guild run?
