1. Wrong Purchase

    I've Purchased STS with 23 coin to wrong character: Icio - Icecrown, the purchase ID is 43013002, Could you please reverse the transaction or send it to my character named Cassum - Icecrown. I'm keeping the mailbox unretrieved on the wrong-purchased character.


  2. Mis-Buy

    I don't see the Mis-Buy option in there, only Ban Appeal is there. I've received coin from my friend, didn't get the coin through donation. Does is the reason that i Dont see the Mis_buy option?

  3. Aha, yeah then that's the reason. In that case you should've sent an e-mail to [email protected] explaining the issue but do it quickly as the refund expiration date is 24 hours after purchase if I'm not mistaken.

    ye, that is why. Ticket via website is available only to "premium account"

    In your case you may try to send an email to [email protected] for support (but I do not know if coins refund is possible for not-premium account)
