How do I gear from 4k gs?

I have been doing FOS/POS for long time now and i hit 4.1k gs. I have been playing this game maybe for month or two im kinda new. I have no idea how i can gear and where to go from 4k gs.

You farm EoT and but yourself T9 set. Off-set items from FOS/POS/HOR, crafted boes or any raids you can get into(like TOC). This way you can get to some 5k GS easily. Then you are ready to enter ICC, to get some items and start collecting EoF for your T10 set, you can easily do firt 4-6 bosses with such gear. Of coarse if you have learned at least basics of your spec and general idea what to do in that raid(few hours reading guides, this forum is full of them and loads of external sources too).
