WotLK Transmog Visual issue

I trnasmoged my chest armor and i still see ingame the original look while the other ppl see the new look and even on amrory and login screan is ok

what could be the issue ? am i missing omse file in my wow client or something ?
the item im trying to transmog to is regular WOTLk green item tried with other items same issue

Strongly suggest you delete your Cache folder in your Game folder. It should be enough to fix this.

Maybe your game is modded somehow? Did you download HD client or anything?

Go to your account settings and enabling tmog is probably the easiest solution.

He has ite enabled if he has the scrolls dropping.
I'd say the client being used might be corrupted. A clean new download should fix any issues.
