WotLK Recovering possibility

Hello , Hope you're doing good , So i want to know : last couple of days i leveled a character to level 39 or 40 i -forgot -and i deleted it cuz i was having ( always had difficult time ) leveling in this game , so i deleted it and deleted the game ^^'' but i regreted doing that so is there a way in this server to get my character back or should i restart all over TT , Sorry if it's been asked before and have a good evening
