WotLK The quest doesnt pop !! I need ur help

so i was trying to build my reputation with the frenzyhearts but after i did the first quest its named "the app slave hunter's " no quest did pop after it and i searched in others npc for quests but nothing no quest and i see some ppl doing quest normally so where is the problem ?

I think you have an item in inventory to summon an NPC that gives you further quests.
