Hello,

I have a problem which is still not answered.

Last seson i ended up with 2535 solo que rating qualifying to get the Warbringer and Plainsrunner titles however i didnt receive them at the end.

the arena season ended on 21 July.

On july 30 i sent an email to [email protected] regarding my problem because a GM in game told me to do that, today is 18 august which makes it 19 days without an answer from the warmane staff.

When will i get my titles which i earned in game?

You've already contacted them, and they've not yet responded. Support & Q/A section of the forum is more "players helping players" -subforum.
Staff that rarely visits here are mainly forum moderators, and they don't deal with in-game issues.

So, do what Thorbjorn said, or wait and see what happens.

Head GM didn't reply, in-game GM's told me to email warmane.

Almost a month passed since i sent email and nobody ever replied.

So i had to post it here.
