Currently lv 80, I was able to learn my prayer of fortitude and other buffs fine on shadow priest, but cant learn them on my oy other spec, any idea why?

You learned them already? Check if you have filters on above the spell teaching window.

Learned them on shadow spec, but i don't have them on disc spec nor can i relearn them at trainer. They don't show up under the "available" filter either

Post the screenshots of you spellbook in Shadow and in Disc.
