From the website go into My Account>Services>Select Realm>Select Character>Set Currency:Free>Character Unstuck

You'll get your character unstuck via using the service the fastest (logout, use the unstuck and login back). Ticket response time is slow, and you'll probably be told to use unstuck yourself. If the unstuck service didn't help, maybe then use ticket, after deleting cache and WTF folders (and disabling addons) and trying unstuck once again.
