Technical Disconnecting problem

Hello.
Half hour ago i was in Guldrak heroic and suddenly i got disconnected, it was not a internet problem. I have logged on my account and when i try to enter realm on my main char, j got disconnected immediately. I can log in on my alt but on my main can't.
Can somebody help me, thanks.
Server is Lordearon.

use website unstuck for that character:
From the website go into My Account>Services>Select Realm>Select Character>Set Currency:Free>Character Unstuck

if this is not enough, disable all of your addon before to log with that character
