WotLK Why I cannot transmog this item ? (Continuum Blade)

So I bought an item from store for 7 coins and now it says that I cannot transmog it.
Is this somekind of glitch ?
And if theres no way to do so, can I get my 7 coins back somehow? Because I don't need that item, I bough it only for a transmog which seems not to be possible.

You can't transmog it because it requires you to have the Keepers of Time reputation on revered to be able to equip the item in the first place. In short, you can't transmog items that you can't equip yourself.

Item misbuy ticket, or get the reputation it needs.
