is faction change from alliance to horde allowed now a day? and im willing to know too what happens to gold and items on bank and bag when if you use it.

About "Faction Change" mechanism, you will keep everything. You will just lose guild and arena team/rating.
Some reputation and class-mount will be converted into their equivalent of the new Faction.
