WotLK Bug with Ashen Ring quest

Hello, recently i delete ashen ring from my inventory. I want to get it, but i can't. In support category i can use only Ban Appeal category for ticket, but i don't have ban at all, so my support category just don't working. How can return back my ashen ring or create ticket?

open a ticket in-game.

Next to your bags's icon there is a red "?".
Click on it -> talk to a GM -> open a ticket
