Technical Account lost

Hello, were Molten accounts wiped?
I've tried using the recovery to reset the password for my Molten account, but I don't receive any e-mail (checked spam folder as well).
Is it because I was using a Yahoo! e-mail at that point?

when did you play last time?

All molten characters went lost around January 2015.
So all player's account were empty -> a few months later molten changed name into "warmane"
