Hello, my account has banned for ninja loot, so like this, my character "Mudimir" Blood DK was a tank, so....I pick tank and game give me DPS role, not my fault, and when I roll for TANK item and won, they report, and kick me, and i got ban for that ?
I demand unban, TY.

If you only choose tank it will never put you into a dungeon as dps. So yeah, your fault.

Then you're actually the first guy to encounter that bug. Write a ticket on bugtracker about it with a bit of evidence.
Or you're just hitting queue with marks on dps and tank just not paying attention to it. There is no "autofill" in wotlk. The game won't place you in a role you've not selected. Simple as that.

That's not true. The RDF is broken. I've been pulled into que as DPS when Im qued as Tank or Heal Only. I get pulled into groups and it'll only be 4 players and not let us reque, saying the group is full. I get deserter after leaving a dungeon when its finished, Hell I was in ToC10 and it pulled me into an RDF when I wasn't even qued! I currently I don't get achievements for even doing the dungeons lol.

Even if you're telling the truth, it's none of the other 4 player's fault you got assigned to dps. They provided the proper evidence you were assigned as dps and the person you stole the item from was a tank - simple case of obvious ninjalooting, because you decided to risk a 5day ban instead of taking a 30 minute deserter and go for a break.
