Hi, i've played last year in the serv and i had a lvl 80 character that is gonne don't know why. I've read that the character can just need a rename but i don't see him in characters login screen. But when i'm on server's list page i see that i have a character on the frostmourne serv.
Does someone knows how i can get back my character?
(btw, i've got a lvl50 character on another account that hasn't deisapear)

which realm?
Frostmourne?
In that case you were playing on "Frostmourne Season 1" (which lasted from 15-april-2020 to 14-april-2021)
You can still play with that character by moving it to Icecrown realm:

Select "Frostmourne - S1" as realm

thx for the answer, but when i got to your link, there's no character in Frostmourne - S1 (or in any realm)

do you remember on which realm you had that lvl 80 character? (and on which account...)
Btw, Are you using the same WoW folder from last year?
In that case: Open your WoW folder -> open "WTF" folder -> "Account" folder -> "AccountName" -> realm name etc...
Basically you can find out where you had those characters

it was on Frostmourn i think. and i only have 2 account (and i've checked both)

sorry i haven't seen that i had to select a character (was thinking it would be showed). now the problem is it says "Your account must be offline to purchase realm transfer" but i'm not online on the game so don't know how to do
