My game feezes every 2 seconds and my mouse cursor is blinking. I have this problem only in this game. Other games and programs dont lag.
What can I do?

(in-game) Menu -> video -> disable "hardware cursor"

Btw this issue is caused by a recent nvidia driver, so you may even downgrade to a previous driver version as alternative solution

Follow these steps:
1) Restart your PC
2) close your Torrent client and move your WoW folder away from your Torrent's download destination
3) now right click on WoW folder> Properties> remove "read-only"
