    I need help with scroll of deception

    If I used a scroll of deception by mistake, because I didn't know how it worked, is there any way to cancel the effect?
    I used a scroll in the champion of true silver
    if there is any way to get the scroll again i would really appreciate it

    No. You can't "refund" an item you used a scroll on.
