WotLK Mark of the Wild bug or my mistake?

When I look in my spellbook my buff seems more great on paper than I can cast on myself and others with restarts ect.
Known bug or my mistake?

because on Wotlk spell's tooltip get updated when affected by talents improvement but aura's tooltip does not, that is why.

you can easily test that the spell + talent are working fine. Just compare your attributes with and without "Mark of the wild"
