I tried to download some 3.3.5 addons but none of them worked. Is there a site that everyone uses to download addons?

You probably extracted them wrong to your AddOns -folder.

On character selection screen, at the bottom left you can see "AddOns" click that, enable desired AddOns, and tick that Load Out of Date -box at the top of the list.

There are no AddOns on that list? Go to your WoW/Interface/AddOns/ -folder, and check if the AddOns are packed within an extra folder. This is usually the issue when AddOns aren't showing up, despite being for the correct WoW version, and installed within the right folder.

E.g. the addon might be installed like this:
WoW/Interface/AddOns/DBM/DBM
WoW/Interface/AddOns/DBM/DBM-TBC

When the addon should be installed like this:
WoW/Interface/AddOns/DBM
WoW/Interface/AddOns/DBM-TBC

i dont see any addon list or something at all.
addons are installed in Interface/AddOns.
i dont see an addon option at the bottom left and i dont see any addons in my interface options

They need to be unpacked/unzipped before you put them in the addons folder. How about a screenshot of your addon folder? Also, did you ensure you downloaded the proper patch of the addon?
