80's ganking lower levels

Hello, I'm new here, this is probably not the right place to open a thread like this, but i can't seem to find a sub-category that fits this kind of behaviour better

Anyway, is this normal behavior on this server for 2-3-4 lvl 80's to fly around in lower level zones like hellfire peninsula and gank lvl 59's ? Do they get any points out of it or is it just out of boredom, i'm genuinely intersted what's the throught process behind it, not only gank, but keep ganking and keep corpsecamping? why?

Yes it's normal. Both factions do it. They call it world pvp. They don't get anything from it, apart of satisfaction from knowing they ruin someone's day. For some of them, ultimate win is seeing ppl making posts on forum, like this one.
Get used to it, don't whisper gankers and seek justice, trashtalk and similar, coz you may regret it. It's nothing personal until you make it to be.
And avoid Stranglethorn, Tanaris and Hellfire Peninsula.

Yea, its normal. Probably this is cause world pvp is quite unpopular here, so they do it to provoke others to log on their 80s as well and fight each other. And some doing it just for pure satisfaction
