I have opened another topic, but I really don't care at this point anymore. I feel mocked.
I can not complete the achievement "I've Toured the Fjord" because two important quest chains are bugged for me. I can not start "March of the Giants" quest again from NPC Researcher Aderan OR "The Book of Runes" from NPC Prospector Belvar.
The NPC Lurielle wants me to kill Scarlet Ivies, some mobs that DO NOT SPAWN anywhere, after I had to kill her 7 times to progress the previous quest.
I have made tickets on the web and told me to do in-game tickets.
I have made in-game tickets that told me to go post web tickets.
Are they making fun of me?

Based on the last changelog it seems they did many fixes about "Howling Fjord" zone during last month: https://www.warmane.com/changelog
Maybe something went wrong or some requirement has changed
you can either wait for someone to show up on the report you have opened on "bugtracker" about that or sending a PM to the guys that handle that section:
