WotLK IP banned for no reason

Hello!

I was playing some 2s with my character "Portuu" at the Blackrock realm and then my IP got banned for advertising?????

I don't know how this happened, but happened right now 5 minutes ago around 13:56 pm (UTC+1). Hope we can solve this problem since I came back to play now after 3 years, would be sad haha.

edit: tried to create a ticket through support platform but it says i can't because I'm IP banned xd
