    Long long time ago

    Hello,
    I've been playing here before 7-8 years if not more but I see a hard reset has came in and all of my characters are removed. Is there any possibility to get em back ?

    your join date is 2011, so you have already recovered your account after molten-down (but with no chars inside)

    do you remember on which realm you were playing after molten-down?
    Maybe those realms do not exist anymore (because closed or merged)

    If your account is premium you may ask for coins refund of you have spent some on your lost characters.
