Site i've been ip banned do to advertising!

hey there
while ago i logged to my account and seen a bold text sayin "your ip "myip" has been terminated due to Advertising! but i was pretty sure i didnt such things. so i search forum for same problem and i findout using vpn is illegal ( actually i used it once to make sure that a login problem is not because of my ip..) but i did not advertise sth or etc . now i cant use site systems like trade or store. what should i do :( sorry for bad english.

Using VPN isn't illegal, but it usually ends up using banned IP and when you use banned IP, you get banned as well.
