Pandaria New year's gift

Hello, as i know the gift is supposed to be 10% of how much you donated through the year(i am not sure, please correct me if im wrong).
I got: 3 coins in 2019
54 coins in 2021
29 coins in 2022

My rank is exalted, which is 1000+, so numbers dont really add up.

As i already mentioned im not 100% how the system works, but Smyth advised me to go on forum.

yes, as far as we know it is 10% of the coins gained during last year via donation

But there are also min and max value.
I mean, if you get 22 coins via donation -> you get 3 coins as new years gift (instead of 2 coins)
If you get 20.000 coins via donation -> you do NOT get 2.000 coins as new years gift (as far as I know)

Btw what is the main point of this thread?
You just wanna get explained by the staff how it works the system or you think you have got less coins as gift than intended?
