Pandaria Bug cant move

I cant move or do anything my skin is lying down i cant do anything it seems like a bug
it says : Cannot use this ability while pacified
please help me my name is diversolano and my skin is Haladin

From the website go into My Account>Services>Select Realm>Select Character>Set Currency:Free>Character Unstuck

if the bug persists, open a ticket in-game for GM support

in the game where? where does it say open query?

are you playing on Mist of Pandaria - Frostwolf realm?
then click on the "red question mark" icon, which is next to bags slot. (Mouseover on it and it should display "customer support"

Then -> open a ticket -> open a ticket

as far as I know 24/48 hours for Wotlk realms

I do not know if it is the same about MoP realm
