hello I haven’t played for a long time and now I decided to return, when I went to the account there were no characters I want to ask you where my characters disappeared from the account, and how to restore them?

3. Did you look for your character just on website or even in-game by logging with a client?
If no characters on website -> it means they are flagged for a rename so you need to log with client to set new names

4. Is your account premium?

3) they are not in the game, 1 character with a nickname is like this but this is a different class (I had a warrior with this nickname) not in the armory, not in the game

every year there is a clean-up. Theoretically lvl 80 inactive characters should have their name renamed and not the whole character deleted (unless there has been an hidden/not-announced clean up which has removed really old characters)

Btw are you sure that you are looking at the correct account?
This account you are using on forum has 2019 as "join date" but you said you stopped playing 5-6 years ago
