if you see only "ban appeal" it means your account is not premium.

I thought your account were premium because you have written:

He isn't spamming, he is trying to help you and being accurate about it all.
If you don't have access to a General support ticket, your account isn't Premium and you never donated.
That means you would have nothing you spent donated coins on to ask to be retrieved. Characters are only available for restoration for 30 days, then they are gone for good. Also, account sharing like that isn't supported by us, you do aware of the risks and take responsibility for anything that happens.

No, if you delete a character with items you traded Coins for they will be gone. You made the choice to delete the character like that, and we got tired of people abusing deleting a character to get around the time limit to ask for refunds. At most, if Support is feeling generous and you don't have a history of bans or misuse of Support tickets, I think they might give you the exact same items on another character, but not any Coins back, and that's just my guess, not something they do as a rule. Years later might be too late anyway.

You already had your answer, from skullatbash's posts, who you tried to dismiss when he questioned your story.

If your account was Premium you would have access to more than Ban Appeal tickets. That means you didn't donate for Coins you exchanged for any gear, and that's the only case in which maybe that gear in specific might be restored - and it's a maybe because your gear was lost due to you sharing your account, something that is entirely your responsibility. There's no "trifle misunderstanding" here, gear is missing due to your own fault and won't be restored.
