I created the character in 2019, then have not played since October 27, 2019, as reported in the Character Barracks section

We opened Frostmourne in 2020 so your character must be from a different realm.

barraks shows only "Icecrown" realm... so your character is already on Icecrown?
Btw log with a client if you have not done it yet. Maybe your characters are flagged for a rename due to inactivity and in this case they are not visible on website till you log with a client to set a new name.
