I would like to be able to transmog items purchased from the starter/endgame gear vendors. Steamworker's Goggles in specific, which isn't available on the transmog NPC, no goggles at all, in fact... When I try to use a transmog scroll on the Steamworker's Goggles, I just get an error that says "Item is locked.". This is so lame, please change.
