Missing Frostmourne old character.

Hey, I used to play Frostmourne the season back before the pandemia. I knew once the season was over, my characters would move to Icecrown. Now, 2 years later, I have logged in and I have no characters in any of the realms. Is this supposed to be like this? Did I have to do anything to move it manually from one realm to another? Thank you.

Characters have to be moved manually using the "realm transfer" feature of the services tab.
