How do i get points on website?

Hi there, i need hellp i loged on website today, but i can not claim points?
Can someone hellp me.

You must achieve 1000 unique achievement points on Icecrown/Lordaeron characters. Frostmourne and Blackrock are excluded from this.

E.g. you can only get 10 unique achievement points from Level 10 achievement once, no matter how many characters you get the achievement on.
