WotLK Cant cast any spells bug

'Another spell is underway' or something like this pops on my screen and cant cast anything untill i relog.
Anyone else has this strange bug? Happened so often today that i had to quit.
Is there some way i can fix this on my end or?

I even redownloaded the client and without any addons still happening

I guess it is an issue caused by a recent fix made to solve an other bug: https://www.warmane.com/bugtracker/report/108970

so do not bother to change client, wait for a new fix from staff

It is still bugged and it is so annoying. Had to leave BG's because of that. So.... F* annoying.

Is it reported somewhere that they know about it? I would like it to be as soon as possible, because otherwise the shadow priest cannot be played ...
